Is Darkidox safe to use?
Yes. Darkidox is designed to provide a secure and transparent purchasing experience. Payments are processed through secure payment providers, and we will never ask for your Roblox password or account recovery information. Order and delivery records are retained to help protect both the buyer and the seller.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the purchased item has been successfully delivered through an in-game trade. After delivery has been completed and confirmed, the item cannot be returned, and the order is no longer eligible for a refund. If we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.
How are my SO2 items delivered?
Standoff 2 Gold is delivered through the in-game Marketplace. After placing your order, you must list an eligible skin with both a pattern and a sticker, such as M4 “Flock,” MAC10 “Corrode,” Glock “Flock,” or others for the amount of Gold you purchased. We will locate and purchase your listed skin, transferring the Gold to your account.
Please note that the Standoff 2 Marketplace charges a 20% transaction fee. This means you will receive 80% of the purchased amount after the fee is deducted. For example, a 500 Gold order will result in approximately 400 Gold being credited to your account.
Before ordering, make sure you already have approximately 5–10 Gold available to purchase a suitable skin with a pattern and sticker. If you cannot obtain and list an eligible skin, the order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
What if I don’t receive my item?
If we are unable to complete your delivery, you will receive a full refund. Every delivery is documented using order records, chat transcripts, screenshots, and, where necessary, video evidence. This allows us to investigate delivery disputes accurately and protects both parties against false or fraudulent claims.
How long does delivery take?
Darkidox currently uses a manual delivery system. When our fulfilment team is online, orders are normally delivered within 20 minutes. If the team is offline when your order is placed, delivery may take up to 12 hours. You can use the support chat to check the status of your order.
Do I need to share my Roblox password?
No. We will never ask for your Roblox password, verification code, or account recovery information. You will only need to add the Roblox account provided by our support team, join the same Murder Mystery 2 server, and accept the in-game trade containing your purchased items.
