Last updated: September 17, 2026

Darkidox respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, trademark owners, game developers, publishers, platform operators, creators, and other rights holders.

This Policy explains how rights holders and their authorized representatives may report copyright, trademark, branding, or other intellectual property concerns relating to material available through darkidox.com.

1. Independent Store and Third-Party Rights

Darkidox is an independent third-party online store offering digital in-game items and related delivery services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Darkidox is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, authorized, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Microsoft, Mojang, Axlebolt, any game developer, publisher, server operator, platform owner, marketplace, or other third-party rights holder.

Third-party game titles, item names, character names, logos, trademarks, service marks, artwork, screenshots, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party games, platforms, servers, and items are used only where reasonably necessary to identify, describe, or explain the compatibility and nature of products offered through Darkidox. Such references do not imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to intellectual property concerns involving material displayed or made available through darkidox.com, including:

  • Product listings;
  • Product names and descriptions;
  • Product images;
  • Game and item references;
  • Logos and trademarks;
  • Website text and graphics;
  • Customer-submitted reviews or images;
  • Promotional content; and
  • Other material published through the Website.

This Policy is not intended for ordinary order, delivery, payment, refund, account, or customer support issues. Those matters should be submitted through our Contact Us page or sent to support@darkidox.com.

3. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe that material available through Darkidox infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, please send a written complaint to:

Email: support@darkidox.com
Subject: Copyright Complaint – [Rights Holder Name]

Your complaint should contain sufficient information to allow us to identify the relevant material, understand the nature of the claim, and verify your authority to submit the complaint.

4. Required Copyright Complaint Information

To help us identify and investigate the reported material, your complaint should include:

  1. Rights holder identification: The full legal name of the copyright owner and, if different, the name and role of the person submitting the complaint.
  2. Authority to act: A statement confirming that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  3. Identification of the protected work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If several works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
  4. Identification of the reported material: The exact Darkidox URL or other specific information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material. Where helpful, include product names, screenshots, listing names, or page locations.
  5. Explanation of the claim: A clear description of how the identified material allegedly infringes the protected work.
  6. Contact information: Your full name, company name where applicable, business or mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  7. Good-faith statement: A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or applicable law.
  8. Accuracy statement: A statement confirming that the information provided in the complaint is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
  9. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Where available, complaints should be submitted from an official company, law firm, publisher, developer, or rights-holder email address.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-specific complaints may delay our investigation. We may request additional information or evidence before taking action.

5. How We Respond to Complaints

After receiving a sufficiently detailed intellectual property complaint, Darkidox may:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the complaint;
  • Review the identified material;
  • Request additional information or proof of authority;
  • Temporarily restrict or disable access to the material;
  • Remove or modify the material;
  • Contact the person, contractor, customer, or supplier associated with the material;
  • Cancel or restrict a relevant listing;
  • Preserve information reasonably needed to investigate the complaint;
  • Refer the matter to our hosting provider, legal adviser, or another relevant service provider; or
  • Take another action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect intellectual property rights.

The fact that we request clarification or do not immediately remove material does not mean that we have accepted or rejected the complaint.

Any restriction, modification, or removal may be made without an admission of infringement, liability, or wrongdoing and without waiving any rights or legal defences.

We may decline to process complaints that are clearly fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to intellectual property, impossible to verify, or insufficient to identify the disputed material.

6. Requests for Reconsideration

If you provided material that was removed or restricted and believe that the action resulted from a mistake, misidentification, valid authorization, licence, or another lawful use, you may request reconsideration.

Send your request to:

Email: support@darkidox.com
Subject: Request for Reconsideration – [Your Name]

Your request should include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information;
